Facilities Life Safety Technician responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.
Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating, and cooling systems.
Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and perform required preventative maintenance duties.
Assignments are semi-routine in nature.
Work performed within generally defined parameters.
Some degree of judgment is required in resolving nonstandard problems.
Normally receives general instructions on most work.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Candidate must have at least one of the following:
Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree with +2 years of experience in a technical discipline (mechanical, engineering technology) or related field.
Military service 1+ years of work experience in a technical field.
1+ years of in-depth industrial experience operating and maintaining life safety control systems.
Practical knowledge of:
PLC/HMI systems such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.
Edwards EST3 notifications systems.
Perm alert leak detection systems.
Xtralis VESDA aspirating smoke detection.
Emergency Response experience.
