Honeywell Director Global Real Estate in Phoenix, Arizona

Join a world-class global real estate organization that drives change across a diverse portfolio. You will have responsibility for driving and executing real estate strategies across a region in support of the business's objectives. You will manage all aspects of the real estate process and leverage internal partners and external service providers. You will be responsible for driving functional transformation and support emerging market growth. The Aerospace real estate and facilities portfolio consist of 80 sites, 15.4M square footage, and $254M annual operating costs.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead corporate Real Estate process

· Develop real estate strategy to meet near-, mid-, and long-term objectives

· Define and optimize space requirements

· Design workplace strategies

· Oversee site selection, negotiation, tenant improvements

· Oversee a team of world class RE professionals

· Manage flawless execution of RE strategy

· Manage third party suppliers to ensure delivery

· Interface with Government and regulatory entities

· Communicate with all levels of business leaders

YOU MUST HAVE

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Business Management

· 3-5 years of Experience in strategy development or commensurate project/program management experience developing strategy for product lines, programs, or transition projects.
