This job was posted by : For more information, please see: DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for assisting the IT Systems Manager to maintain a clean and accurate database(s) for all client data throughout PRM Programs. Assists with training and troubleshooting issues for PRM staff as it relates to the Program database(s). Assists with reporting of Program data.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assists IT Systems Manager in building client database(s) to accommodate the full continuum of PRM programs and adjusting as needed.Assists with creating and delivering end user training and documentation.Participates in system administration functions including, but not limited to data validation processes, imports/exports, duplicate resolution processes, system change requests and system integration/user acceptance testing to ensure ongoing integrity and security of data consistent with PRM policies.Measure and audit large volumes of varying data for quality issues.Responds to staff/volunteer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and escalates database(s) issues where necessary to database(s) administrator or outside vendor.Assists in designing queries and providing standard reporting on program statistics and other relevant data as required by PRM staff.Responds to data retrieval requests, generating accurate reports in a timely manner.Works with IT department to make sure staff members have the necessary equipment and rights to perform their duties.Assists with other IT functions as needed.Participates in devotions, prayers or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.RequirementsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum one-year experience in database administration and/or usageExperience in training adults on databases or similar software programsSKILLS:A solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelGood organization skills required, with strict attention to detailAbility to work independently on multiple projects; set and meet deadlinesDemonstrated patience in training staff who possess minimal to advanced computer skillsAbility to prioritize work projects and meet deadlines with varying noticeMust meet and maintain the requirements of being an approved driver and driving a personal vehicle on PRM businessPHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee will often lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.
