Customer Service Representative

Are you a seasoned Customer Service Representative with 3-5 years of office-based, high-volume Customer Service experience? Does the idea of working with a Government Agency excite you? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! Our client in the Downtown Phoenix area is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a long term temporary opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of high-volume Customer Service experience with great job tenure. Additionally, Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Data Entry, Email Correspondence are required; experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and the Salesforce platform are also highly desired.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Copying and scanning of documents

  • Filing complex documents

  • Responding to inquiries by email

  • Using Salesforce to track inquiries

  • Using OASIS and ViewCenter to access information

  • Pulling files from retention

  • Contacting customers whose mail is returned via letter or phone

  • Mail duties: metering, stamping received

  • Processing cancellation documents

  • Assigning fleet vehicles

  • Using excel to enter data for checks received

  • Using excel to enter fleet vehicle assignment data

Skills

  • Customer Service (3 years of experience is required)

  • Data Entry (2 years of experience is required)

  • Filing

  • Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required)

  • Administrative Duties

  • Basic Software Skills

  • Salesforce (1 year of experience is preferred)
