Aerotek Customer Service Call Center Supervisor in PHOENIX, Arizona

NOW HIRING: Call Center Supervisor to support large food-delivery-service Start Up!

Direct Hire

$55-68K DOE

Stock/Equity eligible, plus full benefits

The Customer Support Supervisor will be dedicated to one of the following teams: Drivers, Restaurants, or the Consumers.

They will manage a team of 20 Customer Support Reps.

 Lead a team of motivated individuals who are focused on customer success

 Improve our internal tools, and offshore agents to provide high-quality support

 Establish and manage your team to individual and team goals and objectives

 Coordinate daily workflow within the team and adjust resources to meet service level agreements with the business

 Create, distribute, and present impactful and reporting on performance

MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ years of Call Center Supervisory experience

  • Ability to Lead and team and cultivate an amazing culture

  • Expert Excel/Google Sheets experience (ability to read data, manipulate and coach Reps based on data)

  • Must be open to working between the hours of 5a-midnight, 7 days per week
