Accenture Cloud Technology Support Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

Cloud Technology Support Manager (Accenture LLP; Phoenix, AZ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Cloud Technology Support Manager in Phoenix, AZ to collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. S/he will perform the following duties: estimate future business specific requirements and build artifacts; design and develop technical solutions to complex applications requirements; provide estimations and determined project costs, document design specifications, provide technical guidance and drive on troubleshooting of systems to meet user needs; provide expertise to ensure successful solution design and delivery, estimate, design and determine project costs; document design specifications implementation and agile support to provide technical guidance and drive on troubleshooting of systems to meet user needs; document guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers and monitor system operation to detect potential problems; conduct issue resolution for emergency fix; recommend tools and process improvements where necessary, identify, escalate system deficiencies and agree to development deadlines with leadership; provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers and monitor system operation to detect potential problems; manage customer escalations and work with the delivery teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction; evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability; provide technical guidance or agile support for the development or troubleshooting of systems, and identify system data, hardware or software components required to meet user needs in agile and waterfall methodologies; deploy software update for global regional environment; develop contingency plan for seamless business operations whenever servers or applications are impacted; and improve performance and reliability, and adapt the Software to changes in environment in accordance with the change management process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Support Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in implementing, configuring and managing Microsoft Collaboration Suite: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft SharePoint Server and migration of data to SharePoint; 6 Years of experience designing and configuring Cloud Infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows PowerShell; 6 years of experience designing, configuring and managing Microsoft SQL Server instances; 5 years of experience creating Enterprise Architecture deliverables; 3 years of experience designing, configuring and managing Cloud Hybrid Search implementations; and 1 year of experience designing, configuring and managing Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow implementations.

Telecommuting is permitted for this role; need to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
