CVS Health Care Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona
Our department is fast paced unit and we have the ability to frequently change direction to focus on the needs of the unit. Our primary mission is focused on Healthy Outcomes for our members, Medicare STARS measures and closing those gaps.
The telephonic care coordinator functions as a liaison with our Medicare members. They must be able to engage our members to promote healthy lifestyles. This is a rewarding, exciting and fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Minimum of 1 year recent and related experience in managed care and direct customer service
High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
Percent of Travel Required
