You will also responsible for supporting activities associated with the Oracle upgrades and patches and ensures that scope of work requested to enhance or modify existing application processes are clearly documented, communicated and validated.Benefits: Cable One appreciates the role our associates' play to help the company grow, and in return an excellent benefits package is offered to our associates to recognize the importance of their contributions, such as:Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Start your 1st DayPaid Time Off (Vacation, Holiday, and Personal/Sick Days)401(k) - 100% Company Match (match program starts after 1 year of service, up to 5% of salary)Life Insurance (self, spouse, children)/ Business Travel Life Insurance!Plus other perks:Tuition Reimbursement (up to $5,250 on 1st year)Up to seventy-five dollars a month towards cable and internet servicesAnnual community support to various organizations across the U.S.Associate recognition & award program Advancement opportunitiesCollaborative work environmentOnsite fitness center Food truck TuesdaysWhat this position does to contribute to the Company's success:Acts as a liaison between finance and accounting stakeholders and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Support teams to support production activities and to define, develop and implement new business processes and system enhancements.Collaborates with other teams on cycle testing and patch releases/upgrades of Oracle Cloud.Updates and maintains configuration changes including customization, personalization, reports, interfaces, testing and user training.Maintains documentation required to support the ongoing maintenance of the application.Evaluates new Oracle functionality and recommend various alternatives or system enhancements to meet business needs.Communicates statuses, issues and risks to senior leadership and business stakeholders and assists with formulating a resolution.Ensures all ERP change control procedures are compliant through proper approvals and applicable reviews.Provides technical and functional support to business process owners in identifying and implementing common practices and best practices inherent in the software, including any business automation effort.Facilitate cross-functional and interdepartmental implementations.Involved in full-cycle implementation activities including requirements gathering, designing, testing, training, and deployment.Creates functional design documents based on business requirements.Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization's Values.
