Conducts data analysis to identify ways to improve throughput to Irads and EDS
Develops and maintains audit controls, key client and management reporting
Presents recommended process improvement solutions through research and analysis of data and implements when appropriate including BRD creation and UAT testing
Defines, coordinates and implements new reporting as requested by Optum Business Operations leadership
Manages delivery of report suite to internal customers and clients
Duties may include coaching Providers and Clients for accurate file submission and error resolution

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC - based software programs (Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook)
High level of proficiency with SQL queries
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures, views and stored procedures
2+ years of EDI 837 and response processing experience
Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
Ability to research conflicting and/or inaccurate data and determine root cause
