Kelly Services Bilingual Customer Service in Phoenix, Arizona

Kelly Services is actively seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representative with the Department of Health Services.

LOCATION: Van Buren and 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday from 9am to 5:30pm

  • This position is listed as temporary at this time with no end date.

PAY: $13.65 per hour

JOB DUTIES may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform data entry, schedule mail and telephone follow-ups.

  • Prepare mailing materials in English and Spanish per program protocol and ensure 100% accuracy.

  • Enter confidential data to include interview notes into electronic database.

  • Conduct telephone calls to program participants and administer program survey in Spanish and English; Interview can last up to 45 minutes.

  • Maintain security and confidentiality of program data according policies and procedures.

  • Participate in CDC site visits, trainings, and workshops.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate and one (1) year of experience performing office/data entry duties. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

  • MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish. Speaking in Spanish is required, but writing in Spanish is NOT REQUIRED.

  • Ability to read and write in English.

  • Must be computer literate, able to type accurately, and deal with the public in an effective and professional manner.

  • Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Must have customer service skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize assignments.

**Training will be provided once you are brought on to the team.
