This Workday Solutions Analyst role will serve as the lead for Workday integration creation and support including:

n

Delivery of both EIB and Workday Studio driven integrations. Responsibility for ownership and creation of integration development lifecycle (development, testing, deployment) events. Providing support for current integration landscape. Recommending optimization opportunities for individual integrations & overarching integration landscape. Delivering Workday Studio education/development to other Workday analysts as the subject matter expert.

Activities may include the following as well as others:

n

nPrincipal Responsibilities: n

n

n

+ Participates in global HR processes/system administration and/or development projects

n

+ Manages integration development lifecycle (small project management including technical build, and stakeholder management)

n

+ Builds integrations in Workday studio

n

+ Consults on upstream processes that impact integrations

n

+ Sources downstream impacts of integration changes

n

+ Builds integrations w/ Workday EIBs

n

+ Manages data pipeline for internal analytics work

n

+ Serves as secondary for application support model


n

+ Extensive knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts. Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.

n

+ Specifically ETL and integration specific best practices

n

+ Develops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables. Determines best method to achieve results and may make suggestions to improve policies and procedures.

n

+ Work is performed without appreciable direction using independent judgment and discretion. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Work may be reviewed at a high level. Might supervise 1 - 2 individuals who provide tactical/operational support.

n

+ Represents organization as a prime contact on projects or contracts. Interacts frequently with senior professionals and management and often has to coordinate the work between departments or organizations.

n

+ Actions impact the organization. Failure to accomplish work or erroneous decisions will result in the inability to reach crucial organizational goals and may have a prolonged effect, as well as, result in the expenditure of substantial resources.

nWork Experience: n

n

n

+ 6-9 years with bachelors' or equivalent.


n

nEducation and Certification(s): n

n

n

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.


n

nDistinguishing Characteristics: n

+ Must Haves

n

+ Hands on development experience building integrations in Workday Studio usually gained through hands on development in a production environment for 2 years

n

+ Hands on development experience building integrations w/ Workday EIBs usually gained through hands on development in a production environment for 2 years

n

+ The ability to critically think and assess integrations both from a technical and functional process perspective usually gained through integration impact consulting / project leading for 1 year

n

+ Eager to learn beyond their current area of expertise and the same passion for sharing their knowledge with others


n

n

+ Nice to Haves

n

+ Experience w/ ETL outside of just Workday, where they were responsible for the data pipeline at a medium/large size enterprise

n

+ Workday application support experience, wh re acting as a lead for a module of discipline (Security, Config, Module Specific [learn, recruit, etc...])

n

+ Project management experience

n

+ Workday Certification


n

+ Position can be remote
