Title:

Administrative Specialist - IIIKBR Government Solutions delivers full life cycle professional and technical solutions that improve operational readiness and drive innovation. Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering, but are mainly administrative in nature. Under limited supervision, works within a specialized function to complete tasks in accordance to procedure.

  • Possesses considerable autonomy in completing projects and providing administrative support for immediate managers and/or supervisors.

  • Provide administrative or secretarial support as needed including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phones and taking detailed messages for department and/or Manager(s).

  • Greet clients promptly and take care of their needs in a friendly and professional manner, while determining whether it is appropriate to direct them to upper management.

  • Assist with payroll functions, filing expense reports, checking timesheets and ensuring that weekly and monthly reports are completed accurately and on time.

  • Organize and file digital and physical documents, including client interest forms, design layouts, client information and various reports

  • Follow up with clients and potential clients on a weekly, monthly or annual basis as dictated by management to ensure that their needs are being adequately met and to build rapport

  • Preparing complex reports and maintaining complicated records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources

Preferred Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • The skills acquired for this job are typically acquired through a High School Diploma / GED and 6+ years of experience.

  • Requires ability to perform numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.

  • Strong systems knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

  • Experience with Wordkay, and/or Deltek timekeeping preferred

  • Applies common sense understanding to execute exceptional written and verbal communications and/or instructions.

  • Required ability to communicate effective with internal and external clients.

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service principles, including customer needs assessments and customer satisfaction evaluations

  • Accuracy and attention to details
