is a large GPS manufacturer that measures diagnostics on fleet trucking and vehicles. The devices track the location of the vehicle on command, provide location history and set perimeters on where a vehicle is at.

Representative will assist customers with the transitioning from “Motion GPS” to “Gold Star Connect”

• Preform basic trouble shooting

• Assist Customers with resetting pin numbers

• Verify and update account information

o Email

o Phone Number

o Mailing Address

• Send correspondence to customers informing them of the change in service
