Synchrony Representative, Sales Development - Loop Commerce in OTHER, Arizona
The Loop Commerce team is an elite group of professionals who make a difference every day in the lives of consumers and businesses that use our service and in the bottom line of the enterprises we work with. Our sales organization is growing quickly and we’re making some key hires in support of our growth goals. Sales Development team fills a critical role in the sales organization to identify, qualify, and activate demand in our pipeline. In the role, you will be empowered to identify key targets and through a smart and thoughtful approach, open new opportunities and inspire our prospects to want to engage with us. Ultimately your goal is to drive qualified demand for our solutions in the market. We work on large enterprises to develop complex relationships with the biggest and brightest organizations in the US.
Our SDR’s are our crucial first touchpoint into those organizations. Once trained, this role has full autonomy to creatively meet the business objectives the leadership has set. The SDR’s drive our targeting, approach, and tools needed to perform the function. SDR’s will enjoy working with and learning from the mentoring of great sellers, strong leadership, and an environment of support, learning, and career advancement. Apply the knowledge and using your judgement, decide which accounts to target, with which service, and why they should be targeted
Perform the research to prepare for the campaign and execute on the type of activity in the cadence that will yield results
Thoughtfully generate interest and create opportunities with new prospects through outbound cold calls and emails
Intelligently qualify prospects through thought provoking questions and fully understanding an organization’s business
Schedule meetings with The Sales Team for further development and closure
Develop relationships & drive demand to industry events throughout the calendar year
Create strategic activities leading up to industry events to allow entire sales team to efficiently excite during event meetings
Working knowledge of Hubspot in order to drive outreach campaigns
Oversee consultations on account executive's calendar and log activities in CRM.
Practice and help build sales development standard methodologies with email, phone, and social drips using HubSpot to connect with new prospects.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).
