Full Time Help Desk Tech for IT DeptWe are currently recruiting for a FT HelpDeskto be a part of our Urgent Care Team!!! Looking for customer friendly employees to be a part of this growing organization.
The Help Desk Technician provides technical support to end-users of all software including clinical and office applications, and hardware including telephones, computers, monitors, printers, and other peripherals. The Help Desk Technician utilizes strong customer service skills through email, telephone, and the service request system to provide the customer with a rapid response to requests and post- resolution follow up.
Job RequirementsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum of two (2) years IT help desk experience
VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Associate degree in related field or one or more relevant certifications Experience: Help desk in a healthcare setting, experience with NextGen EMR.
