The Consumer Service Operations Representative 3 is responsible for the daily activities across multiple service functions area. The Consumer Service Operations Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.
High School Diploma
Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and translate effectively in both languages. A language assessment with a passing score will be required prior to offer.
Minimum 2 year of customer service experience, including typing/data entry
Previous inbound and/or outbound call center or related customer service experience
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
Must be bilingual with English and Spanish and have excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills with both languages

Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems and applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook and Word

This role is considered customer facing and is a part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
