Are you a BHT and have open availability? We have on-call shifts available in the West Valley for 7 a.m., 3 p.m., and 11 p.m. start times.

As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) with Arizona MENTOR, you’ll be one of those extraordinary people. This position supports individuals we serve in residential settings. We seek a compassionate person to successfully assist, support, and teach the skills necessary to enable SMI residents to achieve their activities of daily living in a 24 hour living situation, including meal preparation and planning, and medication administration assistance. You will also have an opportunity to support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support by conducting a minimum of one individual counseling session and one group counseling session per week. You will also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
