Core Business Operations Cloud Solution Manager Service Delivery Lead

Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Lead cloud solutions client engagement planning and budgeting

Mobilize and manage engagement teams as well as defining deliverable structure and content

Conduct presentations of professional services solutions to client executives

Manage Cloud Hi-Tech teams on delivery of professional services in accordance with project SOW s/SLA s

Organize and lead pursuit teams to increase business development specific to proposal development, pricing strategies, and proof of contact deliverables

Mentor, counsel and coach teams to achieve personal career development goals

Conduct resource planning and lead project staffing recruitment/retention activities

Conduct cloud project analysis and provide efficient forecast of all cloud project directives and timelines

Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and manage end-to-end concurrent cloud projects

The Team

Our Cloud Engineering team focuses on enabling our client s end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of: Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. We help our clients see the transformational capabilities of Cloud as an opportunity for business enablement and competitive advantage.

Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility and resilience and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor s degree in Business, Management or IT related degree

Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients

Previous consulting experience with clients modernizing solutions to Cloud Ready/Cloud Native solutions to improve scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and elasticity

3 years of leadership experience leading cloud initiatives including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and any other related cloud solutions

Strong knowledge and experience with multiple technologies such as Mainframe, Client Server, N-Tier, Web, NoSQL and Cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS

Ability to consult and direct on clients Cloud software/network infrastructure including: servers, databases, applications, security, firewalls, and all other solution components

Understanding the design and implementation of security and encryption best practices for both Public and Private Cloud environments

Strong understanding of solution architecture environments including: ETL, Cloud, Cognitive, IOT

Build create and manage DevOps teams to integrate solutions into cloud based custom developed applications

Must be willing to relocate, live and work in the Gilbert, AZ Mechanicsburg, PA or Lake Mary, FL area

Must be open to travel up to 25% annually

Preferred

Qualifications

Certifications such as: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cloud , CCNA Cloud, CCSP Cloud, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud

Security Certification

Ability to attain public trust, secret clearance, and or active secret clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
