ASRC Federal Holding Company Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Research Specialist in Fort Huachuca, Arizona

ASRC is currently seeking a self-motivated team player to provide Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) subject matter expertise for Army Capabilities Manager for Intelligence Sensors (ACM IS). This position is located at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The SIGINT Research Support Specialist will serve as primary developer, as described below, for Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) development documents, pertaining to Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) payloads

  • Develop SIGINT JCIDS documents for manned AISR systems.

  • Support stakeholders while developing requirements documents for capability gaps for current and future force SIGINT AISR payloads on manned AISR systems

  • Ensure Unmanned Aircraft System's (UAS) payload Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) are updated and properly documented in Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Concept of Employment (CONEMP), and Operational Views (OV)

  • Ensure documentation supporting the acquisition, testing, fielding, and sustainment of AISR payloads are developed, staffed, and approved in accordance with program acquisition strategies

  • Support Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities - Policy (DOTMLPF-P) assessments for programs of record

  • Monitor and support development of Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs) and Capabilities Development for Rapid Transition (CORT) for their transition into PORs

  • Participate in AISR payload related Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups (WG)

  • Support SIGINT/EW/Cyber Integration efforts by ICoE and CCoE.

  • Coordinate with TCM EW and the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE) on the Army integration path forward for SIGINT/EW UAS Capabilities
