This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain DoD Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Your resume will not be reviewed for qualifications until a selection is made. About the Position: Serve as the Program Analyst responsible for analyzing program development.
Manage the development of resourcing requirements and coordinate the Enterprise Computing Environment Directorate program during the annual 1-n planning and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) updates.
Manage and provide input on issues affecting force structure within the Directorate.
Brief the Director and in some instances the Command Group on action summaries and decision papers associated with the program.
Formulate, disseminate, and maintain the program execution plan.
Analyze, evaluate, and report on overall program objectives, status, and accomplishment.
Prepare and present critical defenses to protect Directorate funds, and/or obtain necessary increase in funds when required.
Ensure timely collection and analysis of Data Center application inventory data for reporting ; establish project work priorities and deadlines; and collaborate with team members and contractors on their assigned tasks.

This position is designated "Mission Essential."
