Northern Arizona Healthcare Manager Digital Engagement in Flagstaff, Arizona

The Digital Engagement Manager drives communication and marketing strategies based on analytics captured during campaigns and with tools to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience, and measured for effectiveness.

Team Development

  • Creates a positive team environment by participating as a member of the department lead group, working with the internal communication and external communication champions.

  • Manages the performance of the social media and visual communication specialists to maximize efficiency and encourage growth and engagement.

  • Actively participates in the development of external communication or marketing strategies, assisting with external team in idea generation to ensure messaging aligns across all external channels.

Campaign Management

  • Manage digital communication projects from start to finish in order to increase customer satisfaction, while meeting deadlines.

  • Ensures alignment with external communication team activities while ensuring all digital marketing campaigns are executed.

  • Define and execute digital communication and advertising strategies based on segmented audiences that strengthen the NAH brand.

  • Produce accurate and customer-focused web content that aligns with corporate goals (website, social media, digital advertising, business listings, etc.)

Functionality of Portal

  • Define and execute technical development and maintenance plans for CMS platforms.

  • Ensure functionality is available to support data capture to be used in calculating campaign ROI.

  • Responsible for developing and executing functional strategy for all portals while orchestrating the use of other online tools – such as Facebook and Google – to drive people to our portals.

Respond to Website and Digital Requests

  • Monitor Service Now requests for the website and digital requests; and serve as the liaison for internal clients.

Analytics

  • Provide analytics for portal and digital campaign reach based on established key performance indicators.

  • Monitor online reviews and reputation trends to calculate a Customer Feedback Score and distribute sentiment reports to operational leaders.

  • Create digital metric reports and scorecards to analyze web content performance and advise future marketing tactics.

Compliance/Safety

  • Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety-related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner.

  • Maintains confidentiality of all department, patient, and employee matters.

  • Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training within the specified time frame.

  • Stays current and complies company policies that impact the employee's area of responsibility.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital arts/media or related field- Required

Master’s degree in marketing, communications, digital arts/media, healthcare or other related field- Preferred

Experience

Minimum of five years’ experience working in website/digital role related to promotion/communication/marketing or related capacity- Required

Experience with website development, including Drupal functionality and integration- Required

Healthcare is a rapidly changing environment and technology is integrated into almost all aspects of patient care. Computers and other electronic devices are utilized across the organization and throughout each department. Colleagues must have an understanding of computers, and competence in using computers and basic software programs.
