Position Summary

The Training Consultant, Solutions Center role will be focused on training programs and courses specific to the Solutions Center and agents. This role will develop and deliver internal training courses and programs targeting new hire orientation, product training, and continuous learning initiatives. This role will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives to ensure each team member’s success.

Essential Functions

  • Organize, create, and provide captivating, informative, effective, and repeatable training programs that are on brand and create a consistent Offerpad experience; track and monitor training attendance and follow up

  • Help create and define strategies that reach and engage the most customers possible; including the participation in the deployment of new products and/or processes to ensure all team members have the materials needed to implement change.

  • Facilitate new hire training for new Solutions Center advisors and/or agents. This includes training in policies and procedures in addition to technical and soft skill training.

  • Positively impact team member metrics by training and developing.

  • Be a master of the home closing process to ensure adherence to regulations and processes.

  • Take highly complex ideas and turn them into simple, elegant, easy-to-understand content.

  • Work with Leadership and the QA team to identify trends in performance, as well as strengths and opportunities in team member performance, and build assessment frameworks to partner and support team managers with the development of their people.

  • Conduct new team member skill assessments and develop training courses for use of company software that includes but is not limited to Salesforce, and skill professional telephone etiquette, customer service representation, strong negotiation skills.

  • Learn and master Offerpad systems used by Solutions Center advisors and/or agents and other roles throughout the organization.

Required Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years contact center training design and delivery or similar experience

  • Call/solution center experience

  • Experience delivering training through various channels and methods including virtual tools

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and listening skills

  • Adaptable to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities

  • Proficient in using data to identify opportunities and inform recommendations

  • Highly energetic, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and overall communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate
