Within EFT the Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT) team provides technology support for team member focused applications and processes, including payroll, benefits, learning and recruiting.
We are seeking a HRIT Integration Consultant (Systems Operations Engineer) who will be part the HRIT Service Delivery and Recovery team responsible for Workday changes to production being performed in HR and HRIT.
Act as a lead between business and technical resources to effectively provide Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) support.
Ensure that all customer issues/cases are addressed and responded to in a timely manager, in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues when those issues severely impact a customer, driving problems to resolution and managing the communication and expectations with the customer.
Engage across corporate functions (Product Management, Operations, Application) to partner together to solve issues, improve processes, and ensure we are delivering solutions to meet our customer needs.
Identify technical support gaps in the current technology process and recommend changes and usability to assure SLAs can be supported.
Provide guidance to less experienced analysts.
Utilize end user metrics and ticketing system data to analyze trends and advocate for change to improve high impact business processes.
Assess changes for risk to production systems and assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported areas.
Applies deep knowledge of data accuracy, corporate policies and data security to any aspects of the project.
Monitor integration performance to ensure production environment is not impacted.
5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
3+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
2 + years of experience with application integration
2 + years of experience identifying, documenting, escalating and resolving issues
Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management
Strong team or technical leadership experience
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
Experience working in a large enterprise environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
2+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday)
