The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.
The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.
The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.
The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.
This position carries the responsibility for implementing and supporting the transformation of multiple C# .net applications, batch processes, and services onto a modern architecture. The solutions will be enhanced with new features and capabilities that enable users to perform their Real Estate Valuation processes more efficiently. This role will be required to investigate, integrate, and build innovative and creative solutions using in-house as well as 3rd party products. The use of Cloud Computing and Micro Service techniques are expected from the hands-on developer filling this role. The role will require Software documentation and testing practices for deliverables. The role will is expected to work within a team environment as an active contributor.
5+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of C#.NET experience
5+ years of ASP.Net experience
5+ years of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework experience
5+ years of web client side development using Angular or Razor
5 + years of Entity Framework experience
5+ years of experience writing Microsoft SQL Server relational database queries, stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning
4+ years of GitHub experience
3 + years of Microsoft Visio experience
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
5+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
3 + years of experience with front end frameworks such as Bootstrap
1+ year of experience with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra
.NET Core experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
