SSSD has an opening for a Senior Principal Product Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Chandler, Arizona.

Position Summary

This position will oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Systems team overseeing short versed projects, including schedule planning and implementation of technology/applications to a BU.

  • Experience enabling technology, ie, bar coding.

  • Knowledge of how the existing technology cuts across all applications.

  • Understanding of how the infrastructure underneath all application works and how it impacts the end user.

  • Experience with and understanding of user access rights related to application use.

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
