The Wells Fargo Customer Personalization Program successfully launched last year it's new Customer Engagement Engine (CEE) ) capability that enables us to truly ‘see’ our customers across all channels and better understand their activities and needs, though data insights and it's AI-Powered brain. CEE decides the decides the 'next best conversation' to have with a customer based on customer behaviors, available product and service offers and sophisticated machine learning and adaptive modeling principles. It is rapidly rolling out new customer conversations, new channels and new system integrating points to fulfill its future road map.
We are seeking a Software Sr. Engineer (Senior Pega Engineer) with a growth mindset and a demonstrated Pega technology accomplishment to design and development of the Conversation and Personalization Platform using Pega Customer Decision Hub.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Business Partners, Business Analysts, and Developers to design and develop application solutions that are secure, reliable, and reusable components
Work within a team environment to help solve complex business requirements while utilizing enterprise and industry best practices
Work in coordination with our QA team to ensure all application code is defect free before being deployed to production environments
Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met as part of application development activities
Work in an agile application development life cycle with deployments to production every three weeks
Acting as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting.

7+ years of software engineering experience
Successfully completed Pega Lead System Architect Certification
Successfully completed Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant Certification
7+ years of Pega experience
2+ years of experience in personalization techniques in consumer industry
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
Ability to design or develop automated solutions to business problems
Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale/complex software applications
Experience performing proof of concepts
Knowledge and understanding of public and private cloud integration with AWS, IAAS, Asure or Google
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
