This position will play a key role in the management of our digital services portfolio, managing everything from a thorough client onboarding process to everyday support for our systems and clients. The Digital Services Manager will continuously review processes and procedures to further enhance the digital services area while supporting the growth of Treasury Management opportunities with quality customer service and thoroughness in managing client service needs.Duties and responsibilities:* *Team Leadership and Area Strategy*Lead the Digital Services team by creating a work environment that supports engagement, innovation, creativity and teamwork in alignment with organization vision, values and goals. Stay abreast of trends within the industry and assess the internal need in order to best serve our clients. Propose updates or changes to processes or strategy to Senior Management for review.* *Digital Service Client Support*Lead and partner with Digital Service team to provide support creating an excellent customer experience from onboarding through ongoing use and troubleshooting of digital services. Ensure a quality onboarding experience for clients that includes thorough informational materials, supply of appropriate equipment, and related training.* *System Administration, Support and Strategies*Serve as an expert resource in digital services systems; design workflows and assign staff to support systems; make recommendations for optimizing system utilization and bank efficiency in general; ensure processes are developed, deployed, and documented, with sound controls in place. Stay aware of technology trends, risks and regulatory changes related to digital services.* *Project Management, Input and Other Responsibilities*Lead projects in relation to the Digital Services area. Serve as the subject matter expert on projects throughout the organization. Interpret needs of areas and identify processes within the Digital Services area to support those needs. Lead and/or assist on other responsibilities and duties as needed.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field required with a minimum of seven years banking/treasury management experience. Two years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.This is a full-time position with benefits.
