Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels.

THE ROLE

The newly establish role of Loudspeaker Insights and Analytics Consultant (Business Initiatives Consultant 3) will be responsible for evolving the reporting and analytics function, and providing insights for Consumer Lending stakeholders. The Loudspeaker Program’s purpose is to accelerate positive changes to the customer and employee experience based on employee feedback and ideas. The program will build engagement across all of Wells Fargo by timely, proactive responses to employee feedback, executive attention to feedback, and recognition. As part of this program, a new team has been formed in Consumer Lending to receive, review, and resolve employee feedback.

As the Loudspeaker Insights & Analytics consultant, this individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, implementing and executing reporting to be leveraged across Consumer Lending

  • Succinctly combining multiple data points and presenting deliverables in an articulate, visually appealing and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses business objectives

  • Identifying and publishing business insights including maintaining a monthly dashboard to demonstrate progress of the program

  • Identification of cross LOB opportunities and/or implications to the business

  • Establishing and executing a measurement process in alignment with Consumer Lending objectives and key results (OKRs)

  • Facilitating approach for integrating Loudspeaker feedback into the annual planning process

  • Developing deep understanding of how the program works including participating in the submission and response process

  • May be ask to take on additional responsibilities as program and work outcomes mature

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

  • 5+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting formats

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships

  • Solid critical thinking skills

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

Other Desired Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting and analytics, program metrics, or strategic planning

  • Experience with Tableau strongly desired

  • Prior experience with employee experience qualitative data sets

  • Experience with data management tools including SAS, SQL

  • Ability to synthesize, and aggregate data into executive summaries ensuring data integrity

  • Extensive knowledge of elevating trend data into executive-level summaries that are actionable and can be measured overtime

  • Experience communicating trends and impacts to mid-senior level management

  • Experience with text analytics

  • Prior experience partnering with IT to develop and implement analytics, insights and reporting for a new program

  • Ability to connect the dots across process, people, data, and technology

  • Knowledge and understanding of Consumer Lending (Auto Lending, Home Lending, Cards Retail & Merchant Services, Personal Lending)
